Is TopTradePro Scam or Legit Broker?

No, it is not safe to trade with Ideas in Motion LTD. It has been suspected as a scam broker. It operates under the brand name TopTradePro - a brokerage firm that provides online currencies and CFDs trading services. The company is registered in the Marshall Islands, an offshore zone, and has no authorization or license to perform financial services. Also, many jurisdictions restrict opening a trading account with TopTradePro.

  • The Marshall Islands is notorious for its practically absent requirements and regulations. Due to the setup cost being low, it does not regulate forex trading. Therefore, it became an offshore zone for shady forex brokers such as MegaTradeFX, Finbitex, and more.

What is TopTradePro?

According to the website, TopTradePro offers the best customer service, superior access to the most useful assets, and trading without commission resulting in last longing profits. However, we have a lot of questions about its reliability. The company doesn’t provide any information about its regulation and is probably not authorized by any regulatory authority.

  • The only contact provided on the website is the phone number with a British code. TopTradePro is not regulated to provide its financial services in the UK. Moreover, the broker has gotten into the blacklist of the Austrian regulator Financial Market Authority (FMA):

"TopTradePro / Motion LTD is not entitled to carry out banking transactions in Austria that require a license. The provider is therefore neither permitted to conduct deposit-taking business."

TopTradePro Review Conclusion

We strongly advise all investors and traders to avoid TopTradePro and other brokers from the Marshall Islands. Very often unregulated or offshore brokers run investment scams. Thus, we advise traders not to trust attractive offerings and promises and instead find a reliable broker with tight regulations. Traders should trade with well-regulated brokers such as UK brokers or brokers in Australia and reliable brokers such as City Index, Exness Forex, and eToro.

TopTradePro Update

Recently TopTradePro website remains inactive and unavailable to reach, meaning the broker mutes its trading offering and does not propose account openings. However, we still advise the traders to be alert and careful, in case they receive trading proposals.

I was scammed by TopTradePro. Don't invest with TopTradePro as you will never get your money back. I was contacted by a broker "Cindy" who claims to work for loss recovery program by Main Trading Centre. She claimed that they will recover the my capital from my previous broker as i was scammed. This was a trial and for them to assist i needed to have an active account with a broker they recommended - "TopTradePro". I opened the account with them and to date there has been no progress on the recoverey program. I submitted a request to withdraw my funds from the broker over 3 months ago and to the time of writing no payment has been made, though numerous emails wre sent to their Support email address, to Tyler Kelly, Kirk Bushem and Ryan Miller and now they are ignoring my emails.

No news available.

  1. Bad trading company. They have forced me to give my credit card infomation. I thought it is a good investment but I have lost all my money instead.

  2. Dishonest people. Will tell you, you have lost but not really. They control everything and will let you lose. They are the one collecting your losses.

  3. They are expert cheaters hiding in a very good website. Save your hard earned money from this scammers as you will never get them back not even a single cent. They take full control of their software and chats and has fake office address.

  4. They let client lose by executing orders at time they want, causing me with so many losses.I notice delays in execution and so I immediately call their customer service and I get nonsense excuses. They send link to their policy and told me I can not reimburse losses. They are completely nonsense.

  5. Unfortunately I was also scammed of all my hard earned money by toptradepro. I feel stupid that I let her, Tracey Morgen take over my computer and look into my bank account. She didn’t stop until all the money was gone telling me all the while that all that “action”was needed for my registration. I saw that I had a wallet at Jupiter.com on my name but she never ever gave me the PIN number or the assess to it. She was on the phone with me for 7 hours over 3-4 days. The last day I realised that nothing is happening and I have no more money to speak of so I said I was not going to do anymore what she was telling me to do. She got upset and started yelling at me. (Nice customer service )Amazingly enough after I didn’t comply my computer all of a sudden got a virus that wiped my entire hard drive. I lost all the info that I had on my computer. I feel completely cheated and ripped off . Thank you Tracey Morgan! You gave me a wonderful Christmas this year of 2019!

  6. I’m one of those toptradepro victims. Unfortunately I was also led to believe that I will be purchasing Facebook Libra crypto currency.
I was contacted by a girl named Cindy and later on someone called himself “Mike Nolan” as my broker.
I was at the edge of sending them my entire life savings. But Thank God something prevented me.
I have invested €250 and I just had to say good bye to that money.
After a little bit of research and reading the reviews I realized it’s better for me to cut the communication and leave that 250€ with them.
    BE AWARE. THEY ARE SCAM!!!

  7. I live in Thailand for 20 years, are the sole parent of my 9 year old daughter, had sufficient money in my account, then I saw this FB ad for Libra coins. Like a toy to have on your phone. But no wallet came. Sent a mail. Sure no problem, they said. As a first time at this, I had no idea what was happening, but when he pressed “buy,” I said hey, you did`n buy anything? No, he said, it`s just a reservation. I checked my account, and 4000 us was gone. What to do, slam down the phone, scream at the guy, an loose 4000 us, or play along and see what happening. What happened was that 2 months later, TTP had scammed me for 75.000 us. Oh, they are soo slick, smooth, always another explaination. With no money left, I have to leave Thailand no later than i 1 month, my daugther, witch has no contact with her mother, can not provide a passport so I can bring her to Norway. It`s a bloody disaster. All for greed!
