They have SCAM STRATEGY with Leverage modifications. (so called restrictions)
Normally, if any broker wants to make changes to leverage, they have to inform traders about so and so time they are going to reduce, so fund your account if it’s in low margin.
But Exness has made its own Leverage changing policy without informing traders.
YES.. you heard me right, they reduce leverage to any calculations, when it’s news time, roll over time, or weekends.
without any type of notification to trader. so people who has low margin, their account will be wiped off whenever there is some news time or roll over.
On the other hand, they are providing unlimited leverage account. if you use that account, put your trades in it, and suddenly a news time, leverage becomes something less than 1:200, your unlimited calculation is blown.
Refer their Leverage policy before trading. they are saying it can be max 1:200, who knows what could be minimum.
Because of this hidden policy I have already lost 5 accounts same time, in middle of the night.

Guys, I thought I was the only one facing huge problems with exness. On the previous FOMC I traded gold, and it wiped my account. I made a sell stop order and at first it went down and triggered my TP and went even beyond my TP but as always it just froze and only came back when the trade was going up, and I was on a loss. And I thought the problem was with the platform, but now I realize that it’s my broker. It also did the same on US OIL and this was just a technical analysis. I found that the trade hit my TP and went even beyond, but when I come back I find it on a loss.

I smell something fishy with exness, they keep deactivating my account when I don’t trade for a week or two when i have cents in my account and when i re-activate it my balance is 0.
With this I am out because this is 99% bad news for a trader
I trade with their Zero Account because of the spread. I place my positions during not volatile periods and it suits my trading style. There’s always a price to pay but the trading commission is better compare to other brokers. So far so good

Exness is a big scam. They are not true ECN. Your profit is pain to them and your loss is a gain. Never trust them, they manipulate the system too much so that you will not become profitable. Fundamental and technical analyses are useless here.

Exness is a SCAM broker, they cheated with me
On 27 August 2020, I had this order (263217332) (MT4 24186463). In this order I had my SL and TP set, the market crossed my TP level by 21 pips but still, it didn’t trigger my TP. After that, I tried manually closing the trade but the platform didn’t allow me to do so. I restarted the mt4 platform and tried it again the next 15 minutes several times but still didn’t work. Later after 40-50 minutes, the trade instead of hitting my TP it hit my SL. After this happened and I talked to live chat four times, 1st and 2nd time they told me it was a technical issue on our Real 11 server and it will be resolved within 24 hours. After 24 hours, 4th time when I contacted the chat service, they told me that I have to send an email then they will take action and it may take 24 hours to resolve. Then I have sent them an email with all the details and screenshots. After 24 hours again I contacted live chat service then they told me they have tons of clients, they don’t know how long it will take to resolve.
I’m sure they are just passing time; they don’t want to resolve it. I’m surprised, how bad their customer service and how they treat their customer like they give misleading information.
Truth truth I though I was the only one experiencing that ……. The last time if I wasn’t monitoring my trades I would have lost my account ….. Gold Spot with a sl set it went through my stop loss 1000 points against me and my stop was triggered so I recorded it ….

exness is a really bad broker, i deposited money about R1000, i traded NZD employment change they refused to place my trade so i thought maybe its due to insufficient funds as their spread was about 63 on NZD/USD. so today i went to trade the CAD emplyment change with a lower lot size and on the 5 times i took a buy they kept sayin insufficient funds. as i type ive withdrawn my money and i advice people not to use exness because theyre going to cheat you and wont give you a valid reason as to why.

Very bad broker. I was trading Gold with profit, had a stop loss in place. My platform freezed, screen immediately went black and it came back on written “no connection” After around 4 or 5 minutes my trade was no longer there and all the money in my account was gone. Just like that..
I deposited R2000 into my account and traded few loosing trades. Then after 3 loosing trades i entered a sell in usdcad which streight away went in my sell direction. As it goes my platform got disconnected then got connected in 5 minutes. When it came back my trade wasnt there anymore. Then i contacted them via a live chat to complain and they asked me for my login id which i provided. They said to me i did not place any trade that day ( which is today). I told them that i that this is the 4th trade i placed. And they asked me to double check my login ID which i did by loggin in the android mt5 and took a screen shot of the my login ID . With suprice i realised that the trade was closed as a loss which they started telling me that it hit my stop loss when i know that it was heading towards my teke profit. I was trading with trend line strategy and it didnt even cross my trend line by the time i was chatting to them. I emmidiately wetdrew the rest of my funds which i hope i will get.
