Fxonepro is Regulated or not?

Hi sir or madam, I like to know about Fxonepro licence, the Fxonepro is Regulated or not? I have been checked the Fxonepro about us option Regulated by Cysec but I can't find in the Cysec list Fxonepro, I face some problem I am in a little trouble with withdrawing money,The problem is that they have sent me an invoice, and call me from the Fxonepro finance team they said that now I have to pay first commission free & transaction fee and Tax fee then they will process the money and transfer to my bank account, then I told him can diduct from may account balance, they say can't you need to pay this first, because you have request for withdrawal your total amount.This is true? I know that the commission fee and transaction free. They automatically diduct from the account balance during withdrawal,Now I want to know the company is licensed or not ? and also They are now demanding commission free and transaction from me, will it be right for me to pay? Is it in the regulation ?Please let me know a little bit about Fxonepro. Thanks

BOP-Global withdrawal issue

I use MT4 trading app and BOP-Global is my forex broker. For past few days I am unable to withdraw the funds from BOP-Global. As you can see in 1st image, when I give the request to withdraw it just says Pay passed. Earlier I was able to withdraw the money 3-4 times and it instantly approved and showed status 2st review ok. But now it just stays on pay passed. There is no mail id or contact no to contact them. On the chat box on their site no one replies. Please help me. What could I do now.

Is Pandorafx legit?

Recently I have been introduced to a broker meant to be used through the Meta Trader 5 application. I never heard about this broker before, so I decided to do some research of my own, but I haven't been able to find much, which sounds the alarms. I was able to find a company website: https://www.pandorafxco.com/En.html Also a registry in Hong Kong, a fairly recent one by the looks of it: https://www.hkcorporationsearch.com/companies/3066851/ Other then that, found a couple of articles written in obscure blogs that sound like propaganda. Would like an opinion on this from someone with more experience in the area.
