BKYHYO LTD claims to be an international investment service provider. We could not find any information about broker’s regulation on its website. The only information there is about the registration of this company in the UK and the US. However, as per the U.S law, brokers regulated by CFTC are the only brokers allowed for the USA traders. Of course, this broker is NOT in the CFTC’s register. As to the UK’s FCA, we also could not find this broker in the FCA’s register. Considering these facts we can say BKYHYO broker is NOT regulated and should be avoided.
