Based on the information provided on the LCG website, the broker has recently experienced a major IT outage, which has affected both its trading platforms and back-office systems. As a result, clients’  accounts have been out of access. As well, deposits and withdrawals could not be processed during the period.

• However, LCG informs that its trading platforms are now back online. Clients trading on LCG Trader should access their accounts using the following link: https://trader.lcg.com/. Still, traders will need to reset their passwords. MT4 clients can log in as usual.
