Is tdmarkets a licenced broker?

Is this a licenced broker that I can choose to trade with and is trustworthy regarding withdrawals

Answer: Hi Anonymous,

No, it is not a regulated broker and it is not safe to invest with. TDMarkets is registered by the Financial Services Authority of St Vincent and the Grenadines. St Vincent & Grenadines doesn’t have the regulation of Forex activity under its jurisdiction. You can read our detailed article on why brokers from St Vincent & Grenadines should be avoided. Also, Caribbean islands registrations have nothing to do with proper financial regulations.

The company doesn’t provide it’s address or contact phone number, only the email. It is dangerous to invest with the offshore based companies as they don’t provide any funds protection as well as withdrawals guarantee.

We recommend to avoid offshore brokers like TDMarkets and invest with the licensed companies. You can check the list of the well-regulated brokers and choose the one that fits your needs.
