Since the 14th of December 2018 I have made withdrawal requests and they are totally ignored, nothing happens and the Company (the boss calls himself Christopher Luciano ) is not reacting to my emails.

We are sorry to hear that. We have listed Evolution Brokers as an unregulated forex broker in Nov 2018. It is an offshore broker registered in St. Vincent & the Grenadines. We have also published an article on why not to trade with a broker from St. Vincent & the Grenadines.
In this case, we advise you to report to FMA of Austria or your local police. In term of recovering fund, unfortunately, we have not heard successful cases in recovering fund from offshore brokers as they are outside Austria and local authority does not have international jurisdiction to investigate and prosecute them.
