Hello I have a question regarding this trading website. I have invested some money into trading with them from a trading account agent. From what it seems my account was doing fairly well at which I received a message from the agent stating they have restricted my account. Is this legal to put someones account on restriction? They claim that my account reached its limit and I need to send $20,000 to upgrade my account and at which I can then be able to withdrawal money from my account. This seems sketchy but I wanted your input on this since I am fairly new to trading I am cautiously going through this experience since I am not familiar. Is this website legit or scam? Im just trying to simply trade without any unusual hiccups along the way like the email I had received.

Answer: Hi Cam A,

360tradeHubLimited broker claims to be a trusted destination for traders worldwide, Authorised by FCA, ASIC & FSCA. Stating this, the company does not provide any information about its authorisation/licensing on the website, which is already a big red flag. We didn’t find any contact details, except the contact form with a support email. We strongly recommend to avoid such brokers. Unfortunately, in your case, there is a small chance of getting your funds. You can try to report about this issue to your local financial regulator so they can investigate it.

In any case, we never advise trading with a non-licensed broker, since the financial investment service they deliver is not trustable. The reason is simple, the broker may promise the most ever competitive trading conditions or the trading environment, yet the trader has no any guarantee from the official entities that oversee the Forex industry. Thus the engagement to trading with such a companies means the trader will believe only on the broker’s words, and of course, it is a high risk.
