Hello, I want to know about Sunset Premium Investment Ltd: Real?, Scam?, Regulated? .... I want to know everything about them due they don't provide all information respect fees, commissions (information no provided previous investment), IRS Tax Fee payment declined supposedly late payment, broke agreements, pay for account upgrade (information no provided previous investment).
Since the broker Sunset Premium Investment claims to be located in the US, we have checked the registers of the main US regulator, and, unfortunately, we didn’t find any confirmation about its regulation.
The terms and conditions on the website are not informative as well. They mention something about the broker following the the US Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and the US Investment Company Act of 1940 and all other rules, regulations and amendments. However, there is literally no information about the broker with the name Sunset Premium Investment, which means the firm is not regulated and most probably running an investment scam.
