Dear Sir I’ve been trying to withdraw funds from the above mentioned account but was unable to. They don’t have customer care forum or contact details. Are you aware of any way of contacting the company. Kind regards Ebb.
Tix Investment Management Limited claims to be a responsible global well-known broker and even provides regulatory information on the website. However, we were not able to find a legal proof to this information. Broker claims that it is wholly owned by Tix Investment Management Limited, a company registered in the UK, but there is no mention of this company in the register of the UK’s financial regulator FCA whatsoever. It also claims to be regulated by FinCEN (The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network) which is not actually a forex market and trading regulator in the US.
In addition, there is an obvious lack of information on the website, regarding licensing, terms and condition and contact details. This kind of broker is quite suspicious and we would usually advise to stay away from such entity.
Unfortunately, there is a small chance of getting your money back from a broker like Tix Forex. You can try withdrawing smaller amounts. Also, you can report about this issue to your local financial regulatory authority.
These are spammer previously using tixforex.com and tix-fx.com & now they are using this https://gydforex.com/ .. I beg you stay they are con artist and spammer you will only lost your precious money… They will not withdraw your money will charge hefty amount when you ask to withdraw your own money.
Those scammer changed the name of TixForex. Now they are GydForex.com, same scammer.
