Is Btrading a scam? https://www.btrading.io/

I have been with Trading On, Elite Trading, Tradegy and now Btrading. I was transferred to each of these, not on my request. The current one is Btrading, which I think is very young. Every time I ask for my withdrawal there is an excuse. Also, the last was that I had to pay a debt to Tradergy, and was told that once done I can withdraw all my money, over €200,000. I paid. Then I was told I had a pay a debt to Elite trading. I am never given all the details, also a new excuse after I had paid the previous debt. I hope you can help in getting me my money back. I don't think any of these are licenced. I am English, but live in France

Answer: Hi Mike Jones,

According to the website, BTrading Trading Group was founded in 2009 as one of the first trading online companies in Europe. However, we were not able to find a single review about this company, which means it’s a new broker and the statements about BTrading being one of the first brokers in Europe are false. This is already a big red flag here. Another suspicious thing is that BTrading claims to have several branches, but does not state the actual locations. We could not find any mentions about this broker in the register of the most reputable financial regulators and we can assume the broker is simply not regulated.

We would recommend to report about all these brokers including BTrading to your local financial regulatory authority. Unfortunately, there is a small chance of getting your money back and it is a usual scheme for such brokers, they simply hold your investments without letting you access them.

  1. Mike,

I had a very similar experience. I am very concerned that I will lose any future deposits to settle my “prior debts.” But I also don’t want to lose everything I have deposited so far. I’m not sure where to turn.
