I have an account with them, and they are asking me to pay a refundable tax to them to release my funds. I think I just got scammed, but I was hoping someone could tell me for sure. This was all the money I have after a messy divorce and I need help. Thank you in advance for anything you can tell me about them.
The first thing that should be mentioned about Fidelity Revenue broker is false information about its regulation. The broker claims to be regulated by CySEC, ASIC, FCA and also provides license numbers. However, these numbers belong to other companies not connected to Fidelity Revenue. It is obviously the biggest red flag and proof that the company is not regulated and is a possible scam.
In your situation we would advise to stop any kind of cooperation with this broker and report to your local financial regulator. We also recommend to avoid any companies/people who will contact you and offer to recover your losses, as they aim to take more of your money.
