IC Finance refuses to withdraw money www.ic-finance.net
I have become a victim of a fraud from this company. This company ignores all my requests to withdraw money (about 22 000 euro) and this is the money I have placed there by my own. I can provide you with the details and proof (screenshots) if necessery. Unfortunately I found out too late that this company has no licence too but I did not find this platform in your list of brokers to avoid. I think this company should be there too.
We are sorry to hear that. We have listed IC Finance as a broker to avoid. It is an offshore firm from Vanuatu. Most of the brokers operating in such offshore zones are not regulated and are not to be trusted in general.
In term of recovering fund, unfortunately, we have not heard successful cases in recovering fund from offshore brokers as they are outside Latvia and local authority does not have international jurisdiction to investigate and prosecute them.
