Forex Premium claims to be one of the leading platforms in the United States. However, what we found out is that the company is NOT regulated by any authority. According to its website, Forex Premium is regulated by the CFTC, the International Financial Services Commission of Belize, as well as the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, licensed by the Financial Services Board (FSB) of South Africa.

We have checked the registers of these regulators and couldn’t find any information about Forex Premium. It seems the broker has been using the regulator’s names to get the traders’ trust.
