is it possible to take action on this broker, please suggest

Unfortunately, it is almost impossible to take action on offshore unregulated brokers, such as Bforex. They are not overseen by any regulator/ authority, therefor, it is impossible to control them. You can check your full Bforex review here.
There is a small chance of getting your money back, but you can try and report about your issue with Bforex to your local regulator in the UAE.
