Hi I Am struggling to withdraw 3300 EUR from my account my Balance presently is 113 000 EUR The holdup is apparently I have a bonus attached to my account I am struggling for 7 working days already . I have asked to withdraw another 90 000 EUR but I am informed that it is a big amount and I must wait for higher authority . could you please advise me. Thank you
