Dear Sir/Madam, I have been funding into this broker Dingfeng Industrial-Live though this company Zhuojia (Hong Kong) International Holding Limited(2552507) for trading in MT4. I am now facing difficulty to contact this broker dingfeng idustrial-Live. The link for this http://trader.dfi-fx.com seems already closed down.I still have funds and some trading order on hand. Kindly advice me how to contact this broker agains. Please let me know as soon as possible how to deal with this problems. We have checked that the website www.dfi-fx.com is still working and you probably can try reaching them out. It doesn’t seem that DFX is regulated in Hong Kong or any other country. They claim to be located in North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, Australia, New Zealand and other 50 countries. However, they do not hold all the needed licenses.
Unfortunately, there is a very small chance of getting your money back. We would recommend you to report about this case to your local police and also regulatory authorities in Malaysia.
