The Forex, FX or Currency Market is a global decentralized foreign exchange that allows to trade currencies that determines the exchange rate. - The currencies are always traded in pairs, thus there is no absolute but a relative value through the market price of the particular currency.
Currently, the number of Forex Trading Brokers increases daily, while more and more retail traders joining the markets and showing the rapid growth of the segment.
Typically exchanges are traded in an over the counter model where brokers negotiate one with another. Therefore, there are two types of FX Brokers the one operating as an agent by seeking the best price in the market for a retail order or the dealers that are principals in the transaction and quote the price to deal with.
Last but not the least is the Broker’s regulatory status, as in its growing demand it is a fact that only authorized, hence legit, Broker adheres to the best practices and provide safe regulated access to trade markets. Otherwise, you never know if you fall under fraudulent activity even though the offering may seem absolutely attractive.
